This issue on your Galaxy S24—where video calls get paused when switching to the rear camera—is likely related to the *app's limitations* or a *One UI 7 software glitch*.

Try These Fixes:

1. *Update the App*:
Make sure the video calling app (like WhatsApp, Google Meet, etc.) is up-to-date from the Play Store or Galaxy Store.

2. *Use Default Dialer for Video Call*:
Try a native video call from the Samsung Phone app to check if the rear camera works there.

3. *Clear App Cache*:
Go to *Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear cache.*

4. *Check Camera Permissions*:
*Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Permissions > Camera* — make sure it's allowed.

5. *Try in Safe Mode*:
Restart your phone in Safe Mode and test again (this disables third-party apps temporarily).
- Hold power button > Tap & hold "Power Off" > Tap "Safe Mode".

6. *Software Update*:
Go to *Settings > Software update* and check if a new fix patch is available.

If it helps, please 'accept solution' from the three-dot menu in the comment. I will be happy.😊
