I own a Samsung S21 Fe. Today I accidentally inserted sim ejector tool in the top noise cancellation hole ( misunderstood it as the sim tray) and put some force as well .Then I realised my mistake .

I'm worried that I might have messed up with the microphone or waterproofing of my device. Can you please share some diagnostic methods to confirm whether the microphone is intact or it has suffered any damage?

Try to see first is the noise cancellation working well or not.

Nothing to worry about. There is some failsafe designed for this kind of issue. The mic is always placed away from the hole.
