Wanted to know how to use the dual sim card function on Samsung s7 properly.!
As when 2 sim cards are put, namely sim 1 - Vodafone and sim 2 - jio , it doesn't allow both to be on 4g auto connect setting. The sim not being used as Mobile data preference is auto changed to 3g/2g and the other on lte/3g auto connect setting. And when this happens (ie when vodafone is the mobile data provider) the jio sim stops working as it only works when on lte setting and not on 3g/2g settings, hence not able to make incoming outgoing calls. ANY SUGGESTIONS..?!!?

That's how dual sim phones work.. you can't have both on 4g at the same time... jio works only on 4g so when using dial sim phones you HAVE to let jio be your data sim as it ONLY works on 4g/lte. so when you use Vodafone for data, jio won't work. if you use jio for data, vodafone will work as it works on 2g/3g for only calls and sms..

Not Possible! You cannot use both the SIM on the LTE mode at the same time!

For 4g to work you need internet, now you can't have Internet from both the sim at the same time.

As simple as that
