How to keep unlimited call logs in samsung dialer?

In my previously used xiaomi phones, the call logs in it's native miui dialer was unlimited. 

It's such a great and hugely useful feature for me to dig up years back calling log, which I'm missing in s23 ultra.

But, in my s23 ultra, being an ultra phone, it's only keeping nearly 3 months old call logs only. How can i keep as much as possible call logs in samsung dialer?

where did you read that call logs can only be kept for 3 months long?

In my s22 ultra there are call logs that are 4-5 months old.

it's actually 2000 entities long..depends upon how much logs being generated each day on your usage will define the timeline of oldest most data available in your Samsung dialer.

But, i need unlimited call logs history. Otherwise, will ditch samsung which has no good features even in ultra phones

then what's the use of one ui. whereas, other ui on Android gives better options and practically useful features

it's not Android limitation. it's Samsung's limitation with their one ui with ignorance of development towards real world features. Korean brand is lagging with bad UX in that case.

I tried almost all the Chinese and their sub brands. Now I am going to stick to Samsung devices for a while

I agree with you. I have the same problem. I need more than 2000 entries in the call log. I do not understand why there is such a limitation. Xiaomi and Asus smartphones do not have limitations in the call log. I appeal to the developers of OneUI, please remove this limitation. Only this problem stops me from using Samsung phones. I have to use Xiaomi only for this reason.

@arnab_dt can you show me single android smartphone that can store more than 500 call log entry?
And please dicth samsung instead of coming under every post and saying samsung doesn't have features **bleep** **bleep**

@Amg7 every other xiaomi and Huawei devices in the market provides unlimited call log history with miui dialer and native brand dialer starting from Redmi A1 which costs only 5k.

Samsung ultra with more than 1 lakh+ can't give this basic useful thing. Shame on samsung, smirch in the name of ultra!!
