How to get out of beta program of One UI?

I keep on getting this pop up.

I have gotten the phone from my company as refurbished one. And beta was installed by default, I did not enrolled in beta with my account?

How can I get out of beta software?

Then only method left is by manually flashing the software through Odin /samFw tool. Or by visiting service center.

For the service centre what do I have to tell them to get me out of beta program?

Just ask them to downgrade to oneui 5 , they'll manually flash the software in it.

Also do you by any chance know, that whether I could get One UI 6 stable update in this situation or am I stuck with beta?

I was on beta and was able to get out by doing a factory reset and selecting the option do not copy data .tried from recovery menu ?

Did you do factory reset from settings app on device or recovery menu?
