How to enable briefing app in s9

I disabled briefing app after Android 10 upgrade in my s9 but i now want to enable it. But can't find where to enable it under bixby. Can anyone help me out with this?

go to Bixby home select briefing cards...click on that ..register by Samsung account..then it will show briefing as Bixby home......and flipboard as homescreen
