As per your concern, we request that you kindly follow the steps to resolve your issue.
Call forwarding feature: The call forwarding feature is used to transfer your calls to another SIM or other number when your phone is busy, unanswered, or unreachable.
Steps: Phone> More (Three dots)> Settings> Supplementary services> Call forwarding> voice calls> Forward calling options> Enter the contact number that you would like the calls to be forwarded to> enable/disable.
Note: kindly contact your network service provider once to make sure there is no issue from their end.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Galaxy SDespite of submitting log for multiple time via said procedure, no fruitful help was received from your support team. I have also followed the procedure as recommended multiple times to fail at each time. Is it known issue? Can you investigate if any patch is required. I will check with network provider this weekend if there is issue from their end.
