How to activate free adld insurance on the student I'd purchased product

I just received my samsung s25 5g phone Yesterday. I ordered it using my student ID, so I was supposed to get free ADLD insurance. However when I tried to activate it using Samsung Members app, it shows no benefits. 

I also ordered an A35 previously using this same id and it got activated the same day. 

Can anyone tell me what to do?
