My Phone S23 Ultra my phone under Warrenty. I back cover little Shattered & In my Screen have Tiny Little Scratch or Glass break i don't know.. I try to See my Care + Details in Samsung Store, Website. When i enter my IMEI Number it doesn't show any care Protection for my phone idk. It only Extended Warrenty only Available for buy.. Why its Happening? How to Buy Care Protection for my Phone.?

You can avail it within 30 days of purchase. Your phone will be examined. And go for it within 5 days of purchase. In that case your phone wouldn't be examined

If you missed time limit of 30 days then you can only apply for extended warranty. Which will cover only technical and manufacturing issues like normal warranty

You can only get to purchase care+ within 30 days of purchase, after that it is not possible, you will have to pay for the parts price+ service charges, that will be 20,600 for the display and around 5k for the back glass(back glass price-3600, adhesive price- 1200, service charges)

So that they can check the device physically and fix it at the earliest. However, as per Samsung guidelines, users can purchase the Samsung Care Plus plan within 30 days from the date of purchase only.
