How can I make Bluetooth icon appear at marked position

It's not possible with One UI 7. At least as of now. Maybe in the next update, you can do that.

It only appears when Bluetooth is On
If it still doesn't appears Download Good Lock from Galaxy Store and then Download Quickstar and inside Quickstar there will be option to show icons like bluetooth,wifi,mobile data etc Turn Bluetooth one on from there....
