Horizontal lines on the display

Hello,

I am facing an issue with my display screen on changing the brightness level. Whenever I set brightness level low or high it is working fine. When the brightness level changes to moderate level the display is becoming blur with the horizontal lines and it is very annoying.

I have even tested the same in safe mode but no luck.

Can I have any solution for my problem
