Help regarding s24 ultra

I am holding s24 ultra.

And from past 3 months facing serious camera issues, image Quality is bad, auto focus is bad, still facing lens switching glitch, and worst edge detection in portrait mode...

Went to samsung care but they did nothing..

How can i ask them for replacement please help

If its under 2 days , you can ask for Replacement but if it is older than 2days you cant

Better to wait for OS updates or sell on Olx

Man i paid 1.1L for this not to sell.
How can a company Just ignore the serious issues.
I mean how can it is possible
Its their flagship phone

Yes... every one thinking the same... No updates whatsoever for S24 Ultra... Seems like abondened Child... Camera is poooorest

The customer care shows me 6 to 7 phone and told me. " sir see the image all are same, how can we take it to repair. Still we tried to solve it by software but its not hardware issue"
And i saw are s24 ultra photos are almost same
Other then camera i don't have any major issues
But the camera i felt hard regret why i went for this one.
My friends also laughed seeing the image Quality not even comparable to oneplus 11.
Just big regret to me now

Same feeling bro,
I went out for lunch with my colleagues and thry insisted me to take few pictures of the team.
They did laugh by looking at the pictures as it is taken by 1.4 Lakh phone

Yes brother i went to Rishikesh and vaishno devi recently. Where my friends oneplus 11 and iphone 15 used the most and whole tour my friends laughed and taunted.
1.1L wasted..
And i felt that pain...
