It's never worth it to buy such expensive phone instantly after release, one should always wait for frew batches to sell and new ones to come

I completely understand your worry about the heating issues you're experiencing with your Galaxy S25 Ultra, especially since this is your first flagship phone. It's definitely not the experience you expect, and it's concerning when a phone overheats during normal usage. Let's address this.

First, I want to assure you that it's normal for smartphones to get warm during certain activities, such as prolonged use of demanding apps, gaming, video recording, or charging. However, the phone should not be getting excessively hot to the point where it's uncomfortable to hold or causes performance issues.

Since you're experiencing overheating during basic tasks like phone calls, browsing, WhatsApp usage, and taking pictures (especially zooming and capturing videos), it's important to investigate further.

To better understand the situation, could you please provide a little more information:

How long does it take for the phone to start overheating?

Does the overheating occur in specific areas of the phone? (e.g., near the camera, the top of the phone)

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already?

What is the temperature where you live (room temperature)?

Here are some potential causes and solutions to explore:

Background Processes: As mentioned earlier, some apps may be running excessively in the background, consuming resources and generating heat. Check your battery usage stats and restrict background activity for unused apps.

Software Issues: It's possible that a software bug or incompatibility is causing the overheating.

Make sure your phone is running the latest software updates.

Clear the cache partition (as described previously).

If the problem started after a recent update, consider performing a factory reset (after backing up your data).

Network Conditions: Poor network signal can cause the phone to work harder and generate more heat.

If you're in an area with weak signal, try using Wi-Fi instead.

High Brightness: Using your screen at high brightness for extended periods can also contribute to overheating. Reduce screen brightness or use auto-brightness.

Camera Usage: Prolonged use of the camera, especially zooming and capturing videos, can generate significant heat. Try limiting your camera usage and avoid using it in direct sunlight.

Case: Using a thick or non-breathable case can trap heat and worsen the problem. Try removing the case to see if it makes a difference.

If the overheating persists despite trying these steps, it's possible that there's a hardware issue with your device. In this case, I highly recommend contacting Samsung Support directly.

When you contact Samsung Support, be sure to provide them with all the details about the overheating issue, including the steps you've already tried. They may be able to offer additional troubleshooting steps or arrange for a repair or replacement of your device.

I understand this is a frustrating situation, and I want to assure you that I'm here to help you navigate the process. I will also escalate this issue internally to ensure that it receives the appropriate attention.

1. The heating persist on the front glass (entire area) and the back...
2. Not sure what's the use of vapor chamber then... Samsung admitted that increased it to 40 % to manage heating issues....
