After update one UI 8.5 my galaxy s24fe become heat and battery drain faster. Please see this matter and solve this problem.

Same with me. And I have reported it and many other beta users as this problem was there in all 3 betas and now on stable too. Samsung has done nothing to solve the issue. It won't get fixed atleast until One UI 9 comes. Don't have false hopes from Samsung.

Same problem basic watching on youtube heats device very well and while charging it put sanitizer on it to cool or put it over a slight water sprinkler cloth even my area temperature is at 32 degree but device is above 40

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your device's overheating concern.

1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Decrease the screen brightness.
3. Close background running apps.
4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.
6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.

As per your 2nd query of battery drainage, we would like to share some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Note: Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of battery and battery performance.

1. Perform Battery Optimization: Go to Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory.

2. Check device network fluctuation.
Avoid usage in areas with low network/fluctuation.

3. Adjust screen timeout settings: Go to Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select the minimum screen timeout.

4. Check which application is or interface is using more battery from device care and try to update app or avoid using that app.

6. Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data etc.
Open notification panel > Turn off auto sync option.

7. If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.

For this:
Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next.

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tap on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send)
