Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will fix it in the next update. To do that follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

If you find this helpful I'd appreciate it if you could Accept it as a solution Thank you 😊

My Samsung galaxy s24 ultra is 25 days old. I paid my hard-earned huge money on this device. This is nightmare of android due to overheating issues. I am using it and I know my frustration level. Service centre is telling if my device gets extreme hot like above 47 degree then they will take care. 47° is too high for a smartphone.
I asked them If my phone is constantly worming if I do just minimal work and battery is draining too fast then is it not the problem? Then told me NO !
Then I search on youtube and lot of real-life users are also telling same problem they are facing. But the yt creators are not telling the truth. They are just busy on promoting the drvices.
So think before buy samsung products. They are famous for overheating and battery drain issues.
Again thanks samsung for ruining my samsung flagship series experience. 😡 😡 😡
Now I got a strong clue to switch back to ios...... 😢
