Heating Issue and battery drain

In S24 Ultra 

After updating the August security patch, the device is overheating within a few minutes of use. I am using it indoors with the air conditioner on, but it is still heating up excessively. 

This problem did not occur before installing the August update. 

The phone is heating up to nearly 50 degrees.

What the hell samsung! 

Is anyone got this same error!

Using the same but I am not facing battery drain problem and it's been 3 days since I have done the upgrade.
