Hello people, 

     I have purchased samsung galaxy s9 (G960F) last year here in india, it was good untill 2 months back, after received some software update i am unable to hear the voice of the other person during call, its clear through bluetooth & earphone though. Is this software issue or mobile issue? Please clarify me i am facing a huge trouble.

during call try to increase volume by button, sometimes volume also comes down.

bro try this method,
1.goto get help section in samsung members.
2. then goto interactive checks.
3. then select speaker.
4. 1st option you get is incall speaker, do as the instructions apper on screen and see if you can hear sound from your call speaker.
This will make you sure whether its just software issue or your incall speaker is faulty.
