Headphone Mic & Button issues

s7 edge, android ver. 7.0 (nougat)
Headphone Mic and buttons do not work. I have confirmed the Headphone works correctly on other devices.

Check and clean the headphone port.. Maybe some pocket lint/dust maybe blocking the contacts..

both sides are working, like said the headphones are working fine on other devices even my laptop
