Having problem to access 5G

I am using S23 Fe . I have a jio sim I have 5G plan but My jio app shows that my device is not 5G compatible. What should I do

It's strange! Does your phone show '5G' icon while using data? If No, I'd suggest you to Update "My Jio" app from Play Store first.
If that doesn't work try these: 1. Go to [Settings] under [Connections] --> Mobile Data settings: check if Network selected is '5G/4G/Auto' or '5G only' or not. 2. Go to [Settings] under [General Management] --> Reset--> Reset Mobile Network Settings.
If the issue is still not resolved, I'd suggest you to contact Jio/Samsung customer care.
