HELP!! S24 Plus 6.1.1 Update Bug

Hello,

I have noticed that ever since I updated the software to 6.1.1 on my S24 Plus, I am unable to install any APK file. Can anyone please confirm this bug and help me resolve it? Thanks for your attention.
