Brother i have same heating issues since day 1 .
My phone heats upto 60 degrees , showed multiple times to service centers but my service folks are bunch of retards as per whom the only solution is format it .

my phone literally heats up to 50s when used only for video calls and when i show it to them there responses are vague

i tried reporting this to samsung customer support , again no luck and everyday they call me to upgrade to 25 u.

i mean this was my 3rd ultra phone and probably last !

I'm pretty sure no phone is supposed to hit 70c on cpu normally considering this is a mobile phone and not a laptop or pc .

The only purpose now i use this phone is for some random browsing stuff and i am a very old customer , trust me when i say i have seen samsung compromising with their loyal customer pretty bad .

imagine i have submmited this phone 4 times in 1 year , the service center was deliberately trying to get this thing off warranty so i don't bother them much after my warranty is gone as I'll be charged .

i even have proof of samsung service centers using my phones for their personal use when submitted for heating issues 😂

Dear Samsung Customer Support,

Thank you for your response and for sharing the troubleshooting steps.

However, I must express my disappointment. I am not using a budget phone — this is a premium, high-end Samsung device, and it is quite surprising to be advised to limit features like connectivity, screen brightness, or gaming, just to avoid heating or performance issues. These are basic expectations from any modern smartphone, especially one in the premium segment.

We invest in premium devices expecting top-tier performance and reliability, not constant manual optimization or compromises. It's unfortunate that despite paying a significant amount, we are still advised to manage the device like a low-end model.

Most of the steps you've suggested have already been tried, and the issue still persists. I request that this matter be escalated and handled with the seriousness it deserves. A premium device should come with premium support and performance.

Looking forward to a more effective resolution.

Best regards,
VSK
