How i got it -
1)Uninstall play services and than sign up for beta ,wait for sign up process to complete than update play services.
2)Uninstall google app and sign up for beta,wait for sign up process to complete than update google app.
3)Go to settings and update language to English US.
4)Clear data and cache for both play services and google app.
5)Restart your phone.
6)Wait for few hours to get it. (it can take few mins as per YouTube videos but took 7 hours for me).
Don't change language and voice data to something else than English US or update will roll back to Google Voice.
