Green screen issue on s22 ultra

After updating to one ui 6.1 suddenly green line appeared on the screen. Visited service center but they denied free replacement policy, but why should i pay for a software issue even after maintaining my device in a fine condition. Is there any way to get free replacement?

Ask the service centre to downgrade your phone to One UI 6.

90% chance, but you need to get it done ASAP. Also, post your issue on X (Twitter) and tag Samsung and other tech reviewers/influencers.

Same problem happened with me. My handset is now at service centre to replace the screen free of cost.

Try to call customer care and convince them to replace the screen free of cost. You have to call them 4 to 5 times for convince, by telling them you are not responsible for the issue.
