Actually I faced a green line issue in my s23 after updating my mobile  there is no physical damage or water damage for the mobile but the service center said that it must be in warranty but as per your policy you can give a free replacement for the mobiles which does not have any physical damage or water damage can I get a free screen replacement for my  mobile if there is no physical or water damage
