Yesterday morning (June 17, 2025) a green line appeared at centre of my screen. It's been only 18 months after I purchased my phone and days after the one ui 7 update this is the condition. Why is Samsung officials not addressing this issue. If you say that free replacement is only available for devices under warranty, then what's the use of producing these premium phones (S series) which can't even last for 2 years properly. I contacted the customer support of Samsung and nothing happened. It's pathetic to see these premium devices are developing such issues within short span of usage.

I genuinely request the Samsung officials to please respond to this.

Already visited. They adviced to contact customer care. The customer care told that S23 devices won't get free screen replacement.

pl check my post, as per Sammyfans, free screen replacement is still available, if device is less than 3 years old

I called Samsung customer care. They replied that Samsung is not providing Free replacement for S23.
In the service centre they told free replacement is currently available for select S22 & S22 models
