Green line on samsung s21 ultra on its own after upgrade

I am writing this post to escalate an ongoing issue I've been facing with my Samsung phone, and the unhelpful response I received from the Samsung Jayanagar customer care center.

I’ve been experiencing the well-known "green line" issue on my phone's screen, which I understand is a common problem for several Samsung devices. However, when I approached the Samsung Jayanagar customer care center, I was met with a dismissive response from a staff member named Abdul. Despite this being a widely recognized issue, Abdul refused to replace the screen, citing that my phone is 3 years old.

This response is completely unacceptable. A known defect affecting the device should not be ignored based on the device’s age, especially when the problem is widely recognized by Samsung users.
I expected better service and support from a brand like Samsung, especially when it’s clear that the issue is not related to user damage.
There was no damage done from user end. This line appeared suddenly without any manual damage done at all.
After upgrading to new version, This green line appeared after few days on its own without anything been done from user end.

Now when its samsung responsibility to resolve this issue when many samsung customer face this issue with their product, they are asking for 33646 rs service charge where the phone is costing around 55k.

I fully understand that this is a new scam from Samsung where sudden green line will appear and customer will be forced to pay huge amount to rectify it like 40k or they will buy phone either way making profit for Samsung.
What a new business agenda adopted by Samsung!!

I have received the line on exactly same spot on the screen and got the same response that mobile is beyond 3 years old (by just 6 days). This is really frustrating and suspicious..
