Green line on my s20 plus

A green and pink line appeared on my galaxy s20 plus and I took it to service center and told me to pay 17k and replace screen but there is no minor physical damage to screen. Anyone say what to do now

Ofcourse you can but you will have to debate and argue a lot. Last month also someone got free repair for the same issue.
