I updated the software on my Galaxy S23 yesterday night and I went to sleep after. Today morning I wake up to green line on my screen. My device is 1.5 years old and I've taken good care of it. This is absolutely disheartening. Does Samsung take care of screen replacement for free in case of green screen that is not caused by damage?
If not they've lost a customer. Also after replacement does it come back again? I've read that it's not just the screen but the phone that's faulty.

My S23 got 2 green line after the update thanks to samsung for reminding customer to think before purchasing another samsung device 🙏😑

I think we all should file a complaint against samsung at the consumer court. The total expense would be around 1200 rupees. If we win the case then there will be a free replacement or compensation from samsung as the green line issue was not mentioned in the terms and conditions while purchasing the product.
