My s23 got a single line on display how to claim this to change display. What are the criteria and please help me to register a complaint. I bought my phone on August 2023. Kindly help me

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Visit the service center. Your issue will be resolved there. As far as I know, if your device has no water damage, scratches, dents, or any such issues, and if it has not been more than three years since you purchased the device, then your display will be replaced free of cost.

Samsung offers free screen replacements for some Galaxy phones under specific circumstances, primarily related to a known green line display issue.

Conditions
(e.g., 3 years from purchase) and without physical or water damage.

Limited to certain models and regions, including the Galaxy S21 series, S21 FE, S22 Ultra, and extended to S23 as well due to the growing number of users facing the green line issue on their devices.

The offer is valid until 30th September 2025

While I reported this issue to the service center, they said that the line on the device is not dark enough. They mentioned that Samsung will reject the replacement request because, when they take a photo of the phone for approval, the line will not be visible. If Samsung rejects it, I will no longer be eligible for a free replacement. They advised me to wait until the display line becomes darker. Should I wait for the line to get darker?
