Hello Samsung. On March 29, 2024, I updated my Samsung S23 Ultra to One UI 6.1. Suddenly, on April 2, 2024, I noticed a green line issue on my phone. I purchased this phone on February 27, 2023.

Please help me resolve this green line issue.


Update:- Now the service center representative is telling me to pay for the screen repair.

So you should write a email to samsung CEO about your problem your problem raised after a update so it's not your mistake it's a samsung update problem so you write an email to Samsung CEO india.

All samsung phones comes with AMOLED screen will get this issues whether its budget phones or Flagship phones.

Tweet to Samsung India about it. One time screen and battery replacement is done free of cost even if it's out of warranty for green line issues. Try tweeting and check. I got my s20 plus screen repaired by tweeting.

Good. They will call you. Ask for an email confirmation that post inspection if mobile hardware is found ok then screen will get replaced free of cost. Once you receive the mail, book an online appointment and visit service center again. They will replace the screen free of cost.
