Galaxy SI’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, but I'm extremely disappointed after the recent software update on my S20 Plus. A green line appeared on the display, and this issue clearly stems from the company's side. While I also have an S23 Ultra,
What bothers me even more is that Samsung has offered to fix devices purchased within three years, but what about the rest of us? This problem was caused by an update from your end, and it’s unfair that only certain users get a free fix. What’s the point of offering extended software support if
Samsung needs to take responsibility for the issues caused by their updates and offer a solution to all affected users, not just a select few.
