Subject: Green Line Issue After Recent Update on S20 Plus – Losing Trust

I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years, but I'm extremely disappointed after the recent software update on my S20 Plus. A green line appeared on the display, and this issue clearly stems from the company's side. While I also have an S23 Ultra,
 this experience has left me frustrated.

What bothers me even more is that Samsung has offered to fix devices purchased within three years, but what about the rest of us? This problem was caused by an update from your end, and it’s unfair that only certain users get a free fix. What’s the point of offering extended software support if
updates like these damage devices?

Samsung needs to take responsibility for the issues caused by their updates and offer a solution to all affected users, not just a select few.

Samsung is yet to identify thr root cause. To save its brand it started with hidden display replacement policies which was never updated on public domain by Samsung. Samsung knows the issue with specific device and models on the policies were made for display replacement

It's happening to all manufacturers some of them offer free screen replacement very easily
As for samsung it's possible but they will not give replacement that easily it's very hard
Most of the samsung service center experience is very very bad
So you have try vary hard

Not all the other manufacturers cost as much as Samsung! Gotta note that.
