Green line issue.

My Samsung S20+ device got some green line issues on the display due to recent software update.Samsung has announced free display replacement for the same issue, but the clause here is display should not have any dent/scratch or water damage.So I went to service center, they rejected the free display replacement due to minor dent on my device and asked me to pay 16k for replacement of display.Then I wrote an email to Samsung CEO Helpdesk, after few calls/escalations they agreed to replace the display for free of cost.

Yesterday I got my device with new display.

You hbe to send the mail from Samsung portal where you will get a page to send email to CEO by poviding your details.

Thank U so much. I have gone through ur posts. I will visit the service centre first, then lets see. I bought the s22 Ultra coz i just had no choice. Hope Samsung resolves my issues coz I never faced amy such issue before

Guys please watch this & be aware of this issue before you buy new flagship smartphones of Samsung

Not through mail, there is facility in Samsung portal called CEO helpdesk.
You can raise it from there directly.

Same green vertical line appeared in my s20 plus suddenly with out any physical damage & after 2 days one more voilet line on my screen ,my phone nealry 2 years only and less time used ,pls some body to help me to resolve it.

Samsung is giving free replacement if u r cell pass all tests. Please go to the Samsung service centre. I did the same way.

Is this only applicable for India? I got same issue. I contacted Samsung Cambodia but they declined
