Galaxy SImportant thing here is to remember that do not agree with any of their suggestions or anything they say just be firm on your word and let them know that the issue is after the update and not due to any physical damage if any. Even Samsung knows that the issue is due to software update only but as everybody knows Samsung is nothing but a greedy company that is trying to loot the customer as much as they can. Do not go for screen replacement on your own. If they do not listen to you even after repeatedly complaining directly file a complaint against Samsung in consumer court.
