I've got green line on my phone, After i updated to one ui 8 on Samsung S21 FE. So I went to the store and asked for screen replacement as the official Samsung company has announced for free screen replacement for green lines. But, they've said that free replacement isn't possible for my phone model as the company didn't mention S21 FE model for free replacement. How could this be fair? No physical damage has Been occurred to my phone but they said the paint removedby cover of phone is a dent. Hence, I request the respective community to please check on through my concern and permit for free replacement to S21 FE model.

Samsung service centers are a scam bro. Do not fall for that trap. If possible ask them what exactly is the issue with the motherboard and if there is a issue then how come the phone is working properly. The dupe people like this only. Do not go for any motherboard replacement. Visit some other service centre and tell them about the green line but avoid mentioning your previous visit to some other service centre. If they deny free replacement, put a mail to Samsung higher authorities and try to get in contact with ASM. Even I had faced the same issue, but after so many visits to the service centre and lots of mails and calls with ASM, I finally got my screen replacement which was not even free, but I had to pay 2000 rupees.
It's not Samsung but "Scamsung"

I do not have the contact details at the moment but you can start by sending the mail to customer Care and after that they will call you regarding your query but you have to stand by your word that the greenline issue is not from your side but from Samsung side. Do not listen to the person on the call and directly ask them to get you in contact with ASM.
Important thing here is to remember that do not agree with any of their suggestions or anything they say just be firm on your word and let them know that the issue is after the update and not due to any physical damage if any. Even Samsung knows that the issue is due to software update only but as everybody knows Samsung is nothing but a greedy company that is trying to loot the customer as much as they can. Do not go for screen replacement on your own. If they do not listen to you even after repeatedly complaining directly file a complaint against Samsung in consumer court.
