Green line in Galaxy S22

I have a s22. Recently I got a green line appearing in my phone after a software update. I checked the samsung official online care. I got this message below from Samsung's official chat on free replacement for this issue. I went to a service center in indira nagar bangalore. Service center just looked at the phone and rejected free replacement pointing at white patches (paint came off) in the side of the aluminum frame caused by my plastic case as a physical damage and also pointing out that my phone is out of warranty. He wrote in the Acknowledgement sheet as dents on the rear of the phone where there is no scratch at all. If I ask, he is telling the rear and side are the same for him in a rude way.

I never thought I would get such unfair treatment from Samsung. I've been using samsung phones ever since i started using smartphones. I escalated the case. It's been more than 40 hrs but now response yet. I adore Samsung products but this service center experience makes me sad and frustrated.

Did you get any help from samsung for s22?...they keep saying... ,Are they still saying its only for S22 ultra???

Moreover, today at service centre samsung, i saw another customer, he told me once the green line appears in centre...the FINGERPRINT too WONT work....
He was seen utterly disappointed..
He couldn't operate the phone nor use it for banking..
Great work samsung....

Same issue ,greenline on s22, I think Samsung just produced mal functioning phones and sold it in the market, they are too irresponsible to take care of it, one plus users are getting free service for the same issue. I'll.never buy Samsung products.

This is Samsung's reply got after i sent letter using "mail the ceo" link in samsungs support page...
They wont support S22 greenlines which come without water or physical damage , even if it is less than 2 or 3 year old1724440240959.jpg

You didn't understand their strategy, let me explain, sell a high priced product, wait for its end of warranty, sent updates and disguise a bug there in our products will be damaged within that updte and they will charge high cost on repairs, very simple and cheap business idea by Samsung to boost their income., I request all of you to start a campaign to boycott their products in all social media platforms until they fix our phone

True... even when I called the customercare ,their attitude is very bad... it's a electronic device so such things wil come... Samsung tag line should be money is our king not customer.. our money making policy and faulty and poor quality with high price phone doesn't guarantee to use for more than 1 year...👏👏
