Green and Pink line appear on Galaxy S22 plus.

I updated software on Oct 30,2024.
On Oct 31,2024 I observed a light green line and the following day (01 Nov,2024) Pink line came right next to the green line.

"I also observed that green line disappears sometimes and it appears again"

I visited service center and they mentioned the cost for screen replacement is 16,500 .

They also assured the issue will no ever reappear again once the screen replacement is done.

I purchased the phone in October 2022.

Is samsung not going to give free screen replacement for the plus series .As it was done for the ultra and S21 FE models?

Dear Samsung, if problem is occurring on the s22 series models after the software update then please take the responsibility of the error and change your guidelines and extend the support to the premium devices like s22 and s22 plus models we don't pay premium amount to experience this low standard issues on our devices. The issue might be occurring from various factors but when you recognize the issues on your listed devices like s21 series and s22 ultra then why not other S series devices which are facing the genuine problem from users end. Kindly consider the other devices and give us the service that we truly deserve
