I recently noticed a green line appearing on myGalaxy S23's display. This started happening after a recent update. My phone is about a year old. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any possible fixes?

This makes it easier for others to understand and respond. Let me know if you'd like any further refinements!

I visited a nearby service center, and they inspected my phone. They confirmed that the issue was caused by the latest update, with no physical damage found, and assured me that a reset was not necessary. They advised me to contact Samsung’s helpline, which I did. However, despite their promise to call back, the issue remains unresolved. My phone is only a year old, and I’m extremely dissatisfied. This problem was caused by Samsung’s update, not by me, yet I’m being asked to pay for the service. This is unfair to customers. With such an experience, I’d rather switch to Apple for my next phone.

This issue was caused by a Samsung update, not us, so there's no need to pay for the service. Payment would only be required if the problem were on our end.
