Using s21fe 5g Snapdragon variant,almost more than 2 years , having green line ussue of left part of screen , faced this issue yesterday and still facing.

It's not a software problem your phone's display is busted. Go to the Samsung service centre with the original bill and get a free screen replacement.

● Kindly restart your device.

● Update software on device: apps screen > Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

There are minimal marks on device body , and service center is saying we will send approval then there will be appproval or rejection ? What kind of game is this ?
Back panel glue is about to leave the back panel what about that ? Who is responsible for that ?

You would be lucky if you get free screen replacement with marks on your phone, samsung just wants some reason to reject free replacement. Also back panel glue isn't an issue for samsung they know it'll happen.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
