Galaxy SI trusted @SamsungIndia and spent over a lakh on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Now, a green line suddenly appears on my screen — a known Samsung defect.
Samsung promised free screen replacements for this issue till Sep 2025, but the service center rejected me saying my phone is 3 yrs 3 months old.
This isn't accidental damage. No drops, no cracks — just a faulty display.
Why am I being penalized for Samsung’s hardware fault?
I feel betrayed. Is this how Samsung treats loyal customers who invest in premium devices?
Please do the right thing. I deserve a proper resolution.

Galaxy SSo many users are complaining about the battery and green/pink line issues but Samsung is doing nothing and they are too involved in OS updates as they've promised for 4 to 7 years of updates and forget other issues
It's like we will keep our promise we give you 7 years of OS updates but will not fix BUGS
All these issues are coming after updating to ONE UI 7
Maybe ScAMSUNG wants us to change our phones every 2-3 years

Galaxy SWhen it is announced that the free display will be replaced till September 2025 for the same issue , why was I rejected sayinh my mobile is 3 years and 3 months old when there is no sign of wear and tear nor a scratch and dent.
This is not the coordination I expected from Samsung for being a loyal customer.
