So I'm having Samsung's one of the premium phone S22 ultra.

So after the update of august security patch . Green line problem . And samsung service center is saying that your phone is 3 years old so they can't do free replacement of display. Does it make sense that while buying this phone they had promised us for software update for 5 years and now they are saying that if it is because of software update then also they will not replace the display  because of 3 years replacement rule.. Wow so problem was because of your update and already promised for 5 years updates and but after 3 years If green line comes because of software update then Samsung Is not responsible. Then Samsung should promise us for only 3 years update.. And this is premium phone then think about normal series of samsungs. at my home we have 4 samsung premium phones. literally very disappointed by Samsung.

Same here, i was like your policy is for within 3 year old where phone was launched in April 22, so what about those phone which was brought by starting itself and samsung bricking phone now

Samsung must change their guidelines regarding this. And should give some discount for replacement to users who have green line issues after 3 year. And it's samsungs fault not the users fault. Samsung had called me today. And repeating same thing.. Our policy is not for after 3 year of phone. Then why is samsung is giving 5 years software update. If they can't take responsibility of their software after 3 years.. Very very disappointing Samsung

Same issue with me. They are just denying the service due to 3 year policy and don't even give any discount for the replacement. With this experience, how can they retain current samsung users. Very disappointed.
