Got free screen replacement for my S21 ultra after green line issue

I had recieved a green line on my display in the first week of October after a security update. 

I had bought my phone from UAE. Initially after contacting customer care,I was refused free replacement stating several facts like the warranty period bring over, or the phone not being purchased in India where i currently reside. But after repeated emails and phone calls Samsung India finally came through and replaced my display for free.

I would like to thank Samsung for their service.

Also to anyone with this issue, don't lose hope keep e-mailing customer care and hopefully you'll also get a satisfactory result like me

I would also like to add that I emailed them almost daily for at least 3 weeks before, they finally offered to help.
So you you are facing such issues be persistent and you will surely be provided a reasonable solution
