Got free screen replacement for my S21 ultra after green line issue

I had recieved a green line on my display in the first week of October after a security update. 
I had bought my phone from UAE. Initially after contacting customer care,I was refused free replacement stating several facts like the warranty period bring over, or the phone not being purchased in India where i currently reside. But after repeated emails and phone calls Samsung India finally came through and replaced my display for free.
I would like to thank Samsung for their service.
Also to anyone with this issue, don't lose hope keep e-mailing customer care and hopefully you'll also get a satisfactory result like me

I'm facing the same issue for S21 plus. Could you let me know what all things we need to be aware before visiting service centre like you mentioned job sheet and what questions we need to ask the service team as many reviews mentioning that they were denying the screen replacement saying motherboard issue. Your inputs would be most valuable in fixing this issue. Thanks in advance.

Just make sure the phone doesn't have any physical damages which may have been from your side. Insist on the fact that the issue occurred after a software update

Can you tell whether they carge your for a job sheet or not? And what exactly is a job sheet?

For they didn't charge me for the job sheet. Just go to a service centre with your device and ask for a job sheet

Did they ask you to pay any labour charges for the replacement? If so, how much did they charge for labor charges?

I'm facing the same issue as my Samsung s21 ultra India version got a pink line after software update but my warranty was ended couple of months ago

I am also facing the same issue after software updates. have got my job sheet, and I am now waiting to hear from the tech team. They should provide a solution to this issue of green line cause this issue has started after the software update and not cause of physical damage or water damage. I would really appreciate it if my issue is fixed without charging me.
