Google play system update stuck at checking for updates

I think Google Play November System update is released for S21 FE SD but I have mine stuck at checking for updates since the morning. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps I found online like

1. Clearing and re-installing Google play store

2. Clearing and re-installing Google play services 

3. Restarting in safe mode and trying there. 

4. Keeping the device plugged in and trying then. 

5. Trying using both mobile network and wifi. 

Has anyone else experienced this? 

Any solution to this? 

Is this normal?

I'm glad am I not the only that has this problem. Since Monday, my A32 5G has had this problem. It is one One UI 5.1 and September patch

I don't know if this problem is only happening on Samsung phones, because I was able to update someone's Motorola phone to the November update.

I don't want to clear the cache from Google Play Services because I don't want it to have my cards remove from Google Wallet

It got solved for me today and it asked me to restart the device. Post restart, the patch is of November 2023.

Seems to be an issue at Google's end. Same thing happening in my pixel and Mi as well

I have a solution try this
Just uninstall the updates of play store keep 2 mints don't update play store version and then check play system update ,I updated this way
