Google play system update stuck at checking for updates

I think Google Play November System update is released for S21 FE SD but I have mine stuck at checking for updates since the morning. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps I found online like

1. Clearing and re-installing Google play store

2. Clearing and re-installing Google play services 

3. Restarting in safe mode and trying there. 

4. Keeping the device plugged in and trying then. 

5. Trying using both mobile network and wifi. 

Has anyone else experienced this? 

Any solution to this? 

Is this normal?

It's happening to each every devices which got the November security patch. Don't worry, it will get resolved with the OneUI6 update.

My A32 5G is still on the September Security Patch Running One UI 5.1, so why my phone started having this problem I don't know
