Need Help

Hello all

I bought a S24 few days back. Its Google play system is still July 2023. It did install some updates after doing Check for Updates however the version didn't change. 

Can someone please suggest a solution?

Hello, Report it to Samsung Teams they will resolve your issue at the earliest Please describe the issue you are facing they will help you out.

I got May security update yesterday. Didn't fix.

Since I got the S24 I got the update in July 2023 and after 3 months the software update is correct.
