Hi guys, Today I noticed ghost Touch issue on my s23fe. My phone was on my pocket, and I was outside of home. Auto brightness was turned on. When I removed my phone from my pocket for some usage, gave the fingerprint to unlock, suddenly I have noticed several ghost touches. I have cleaned the screen while it was on, but it doesn't stopped.

But when I powerd off the screen by pressing lockscreen button, and turned it on. It was fixed. It happened two times simultaneously.

Anyone noticed the same issue??

Could you please help me in it?

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Check your charger: If your charger is damaged, it may not supply power to your device, which may cause the touch screen to malfunction. In this case, use a different, undamaged charger to prevent this issue. It’s also a good idea to avoid using the touchscreen when the device is charging.

How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.

Yes this is due to lack of physical proximity sensor in s23fe. Virtual proximity sensor is not that much effective as physical(hardware based) Proximity sensor.
