Getting 3 to 3.5 hrs of screen on time when using 5G for full time. Am I the only one or any other user facing the same? 🤔📱#TechTalk #BatteryLife

As a casual user who doesn't play games or use the camera, it's really frustrating when a phone under 30K works longer than this. 😤 Even my Oppo N3 flip has almost double the battery backup, and that phone had 5G internet activity 24x7. #TechFail #BatteryLifeMatters

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that when the phone accesses the internet, the phone will constantly send and receive signals. The processor will also run at high speed with relatively high-power consumption. It is normal for the phone to drain when using the internet for a long time. However, kindly perform the following steps to resolve your heating issue by the given links.

Galaxy device Battery drain issue: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-can-i-optimise-and-extend-the-battery-life-on-...

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue still occurs, please visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
