I pre booked s21 ultra 5g. While trying to redeem, Active watch 2 shown as out of stock. This looks more like a scam by samsung as only lower value items available. When you are showing an item as part of offer, how can that be out of stock while redeeming. Any one has had similar experience. in my view this is nothing but FRAUD

it was in stock two days back. I redeemed it successfully.

Well samething happened at the the time of S20 series pre order.

I suppose you are not active here. Or this one is your first Samsung mobile.

I am unable to redeem the pre book offer on s21 ultra. Previously the error was like imei not activated or error occured.

Now it says 'Apologies, This is applicable only for S21 users who are eligible for offer'

 

I purchased this device on 28th Jan from flipkart and it was showing there that this offer is available till 28th Night.

 

I got the device on 30th Morning and activated it. It's been more than 72 hours but I am getting above error.

 

Anyone can help?

All had the same issues. It will eventually work. Watch will come back in stock. Waiting worked for me

same to me... I did order on 28th 4pm.. via flipkart... and got it on 2nd Feb... in samsung shop it shows
'Apologies, This is applicable only for S21 users who are eligible for offer'
as it's been just one day for my device activated. so I will contact customer care tomorrow. if ur problem solved please let me know.
