Galaxy S8 battery replacement

Hello all,

I want to get battery of my 2 years old galaxy S8 replaced through Samsung authorized service centre since I get very less SOT of hardly 2 hours. I enquired in the service centre where they told me that after battery replacement IP68 kit will also be applied and the device will be tested.

My question is has anybody done the battery replacement before? Is it worth spending the amount? Are there an issues coming after replacement?

2 year is ideal time for battery replacement.
good decision....you will not repent, if you are not considering upgradation in near future.

It is mantarory for a service centre to apply waterproofing seal for water resistant phone, its a suggestion by samsung but some service centre doesn't apply it........just say them strictly to apply seal

if your screen is damaged the service center with will change screen as well as battery but in any case first you consider reseting the phone
