Hello, I am experiencing issues with my new Samsung S25 when using WhatsApp.

Whenever someone calls me, the ringtone becomes silent after ringing for about 2 seconds. Although the phone vibrates as expected during the ringing process, the ringtone sound fades away.

I have tried reinstalling WhatsApp, changing the ringtone from the WhatsApp notification menu to almost every ringtone available in the Galaxy default options, but the issue persists.

This happens for both normal and video calls.

Does anyone know what is the issue and how to fix this?

It's may be due to true callers App, please remove this app and reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again. yes. There are some options like it will pronounce the caller name and another, and if you hold your phone, the sound will be turbed down. These types of settings will be there. Turn these of it will be fine.

I had the same issue on my S24 ultra! It's a true caller issue, and am sure you must be using Truecaller.... Once you uninstall true caller, it should all be fine! Let me know if this helps

It's really weird as Truecaller is a great app but for some reason it doesn't work on galaxy devices... My girlfriend has S22 ultra and it works just fine on her phone
