Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we would request you to please connect different headphones to your device or use your current headphones with another device. If the other headphones work, the issue is with your headphones, and we recommend contacting their helpline for further assistance.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

I have used couple different headphones and all have the same issue. I used an older samsung phone M40 and an iphone which are working perfectly fine with the DAC which confirms the issue is specifically with the s24 series. I even googled this issue and there are lot of people complaining about this. As I understand there is some issue with s24 series internal dac which throws errors when another dac is connected. I wish there is some way that this issue could be escalated to devs rather than being floated around on reddit and this useless community.
